Sliding Scale Fee Reduction offered on a limited basis. I understand that financial hardship during these times can make it difficult to afford the cost of therapy. If you need a reduced fee, please share your circumstances with me. I will do my best to accommodate your situation or offer appropriate referrals, depending on my ability to meet your needs.
Insurance
If you have insurance, I am considered an out-of-network provider. I am happy to provide you with a monthly receipt if you are planning to obtain reimbursement from your insurance company. I cannot guarantee reimbursement for my services but your plan may cover a portion or all of the cost of your treatment, depending on your type of coverage. Please contact your insurance company for detailed information about compensation for my services.
By not participating on insurance panels, I am able to provide a specialized level of service that secures your private health information & treatment plans from third parties. Confidentiality of your participation is strictly maintained & release of information requires your written authorization & consent.

Cash, checks & all major credit/debit cards are accepted for payment. HSA and FSA cards also accepted.
